The Carnival Learning Centre delivers bespoke training to teachers, community development workers, youth leaders and other professionals and volunteers working with people in communities. Carnival is a proven tool that engages often hard-to-reach learners in positive and enduring ways, meeting the aims of many current Government agendas and priorities.
Staff at the Centre have many years’ experience in delivering programmes for Local Authorities and Arts Organisations that maximise investment by training the trainer. By leaving skills in place that can continue to grow and develop at a local level we believe the benefits of carnival learning can reach maximum audiences and prove both viable and sustainable.
