Carnival Centre On The Road

Not all carnival courses take place at the Learning Centre. Outreach activities are programmed at school and community venues around the Island. If you’re out and about this spring why not try:-

Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop Elements

Learn how to edit, restore and recolour old photos, combine digital images to make montages and apply special effects to create unique pictures. Basic computer skills essential.

African Drumming

Learn or develop African Drumming skills using Djembe drums, in a friendly and supportive group. Drums are provided and the course is suitable for all levels.

Carnival Club

Come along to the Carnival Club to make costumes for the new May Day parade on 1 May. Develop simple and effective techniques to make wonderful costumes. No experience necessary and all materials provided. No unaccompanied children.

Intro To Film Editing Using iMovie

Discover what you can do with your video film footage or still photographs, using Apple iMovie software. Develop film editing skills, add text, music and much more. Basic computer skills essential.
