The Centre offers learning opportunities for adults and families at all levels and across a wide range of skills. From one-off tasters to specialised programmes and masterclasses, delivered on or off the premises.
Our ethos is to make learning FUN, ACCESSIBLE and REWARDING and we take the needs of the individual learner very seriously, offering advice, information and guidance wherever possible and signposting learners to other courses and routes of progression whilst they are with us.
The Carnival Learning Centre is administrated by the Adult and Community Learning Division of the Isle of Wight Council, who were recently awarded the Government’s MATRIX award for quality.
The Centre is an approved accreditation centre for City and Guilds, NCFE and OCN courses.
